How can I submit my application?

2. Evaluation Process
The evaluation process consists of three rigorous stages: Requirements check, thorough initial evaluation, and one-to-one online interview.
Each stage will assess the eligibility of candidates to progress to the next stage. Applicants will be notified of their progress via email.
3. Application Confirmation Successful applicants will receive an email confirming their program enrollment. Additional program-specific requirements will also be shared.
How will I know if my registration on the site has been successful?
You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your application has been successfully received.
Will I receive updates on the status of my application?
All applicants will receive an update on their application process within 2 to 3 weeks after completing their application.
Is the submission of a video mandatory as part of the application?
Successful applicants who meet the qualifications will be required to submit a video. Yes, it is a mandatory component of the application.

What is the duration of the program?
The program is a two-year course:
• First Year: Comprehensive classwork
• Second Year: Teaching with personalized coaching and mentoring from the prestigious university
What are the stages of the evaluation process for joining the program?
The evaluation process consists of five stages: reviewing requirements, conducting a thorough preliminary evaluation, completing the psychometric test (a mandatory requirement for the English track only), the applicant’s recorded interview, and finally, the final in-person interview with the admission committee at the Education Leaders Institute.
At each stage, candidates' qualifications will be assessed to determine their eligibility to proceed to the next stage. Applicants will be notified of their progress at each stage via email. Upon confirmation of acceptance, all qualified applicants will receive an email confirming the completion of their registration for the program. Specific program requirements will also be shared with them at that time.
Are there any registration fees?
The Education Leaders Institute offers this program free of charge. There are no registration fees.
Is the program accredited or licensed by educational organizations?
Yes, and we are currently working on obtaining local accreditation from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. Additionally, you will receive a certificate of program completion from the university offering the program.
Is the program conducted online or in person?
The program is conducted entirely in person, requiring full-time attendance from 9 am to 4 pm.
Is there an attendance policy?
Yes, attendance is mandatory. Candidates must maintain a minimum attendance of 90% to be eligible for graduation. The policy will be shared during orientation week.
Will I receive a Diploma or certificate upon completion of the program?
Yes, upon successful completion of the program, graduates will receive a certificate from the Education Leaders Institute. We are also currently working on obtaining local accreditation from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. Additionally, you will be provided with a certificate of program completion from the university offering the program.
Are there opportunities for professional development and networking during the program?
Absolutely! The Education Leaders Institute is committed to providing comprehensive professional development opportunities for program participants. These may include workshops, seminars, conferences, and networking events that facilitate connections with experienced educators, experts, and industry professionals.
Can international students (non-Saudi) apply for the program?
Unfortunately, no. The Education Leaders Institute welcomes applications from Saudi candidates only.

Yes! all applicants are required to provide an English proficiency Test score, it could be IELTS, TOEFL, or STEP. All applicants must adhere to the scores required in the track they are applying for.

When does the Professional Development Program for Teachers start?
Both the Arabic and English tracks will commence in August 2025 and run for two years. The program includes one year of theoretical training followed by one year of on-the-job training. The Arabic track also features an intensive English language program.
