Director of Shared Services Saleh Alkhereiji Saleh Alkhereiji is the Director of Shared Services and HR at Riyadh Schools Group, leading a core function that supports RSG’s operations with efficiency.

He has extensive experience in HR, organizational development, and business operations, leading structure design projects, large-scale budgets, and digital transformation initiatives.

Saleh oversees procurement, IT, and facilities. He plays a key role in policy development, performance enhancement, talent growth, and building a sustainable work environment.

Acting Chief Strategy Officer Abdulghafoor Abdulhaleem Abdulghafoor Abdulhaleem is the Acting Chief Strategy Officer at Riyadh Schools Group, where he leads its transformation to become a top educational institution.

He focuses on academic excellence, innovation, and sustainability, overseeing strategic planning and corporate brand to enhance trust among parents, teachers and partners.

He aligns RSG’s initiatives with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to establish an empowering education ecosystem that builds successful future leaders in a rapidly changing world.

Director of Real Estate Development Ammar Alsharif Ammar Alsharif is the Director of Real Estate Development at Riyadh Schools Group, with over ten years of experience in engineering, development, and strategic consulting.

He leads large-scale educational and infrastructure projects, including strategic planning, risk management, and feasibility studies.

He has contributed to building governance structures and leading initiatives that support sustainable growth and institutional excellence, making him a key figure in strengthening RSG’s foundation.

Director of the Education Leadership Institute Dr. Amal Alamoudi Dr. Amal Alamoudi holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy. Bringing a wealth of expertise in education, healthcare, and public policy, she specializes in organizational excellence, quality management, and governance. At Misk Foundation, she served as Director of Beneficiary Engagement and Insights before founding and leading the Education Leadership Institute, where she aligned its strategy with the priorities of Riyadh Schools Group and Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Leadership Team Head of Legal Department Mohammed Alhakamy Mohammed Alhakamy is the Legal Advisor at Riyadh Schools Group, with over eight years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and regulation, supporting RSG’s goals effectively.

He provides strategic advice on privatization projects, subsidiaries establishment, and contract management, while supporting boards and executive committees.

His expertise includes corporate governance, risk assessment, and agreement drafting, driven by strong analytical and advisory skills to address complex legal and regulatory challenges.

Director of Finance Sulaiman Alarifi Sulaiman Alarifi is the Director of Finance at Riyadh Schools Group, with extensive experience in financial strategies, auditing, and business transformation.

He leads financial planning, reporting, and multi-entity management. Sulaiman also develops advanced financial models and evaluates multi-billion projects and acquisitions.

He provides advice to executive leadership and boards on financial performance, risk management, and cost efficiency to drive financial excellence and ensure institutional stability.

Acting Chief Academic Officer Dr. Terence Brady Dr. Terence Brady is a visionary educational leader with a career spanning since 1996 across six countries, including a pivotal role in Saudi Arabia. He is a qualified teacher and accredited inspector, he brings deep expertise in school accreditation and evaluation.
